The Key To Glowing Skin

So I bet everybody likes nice healthy and glowing skin.   The key to this is eating healthy and Using the correct skin treatments.  You will find allot of the ” eating healthy ”  Phrase in my blogs because  it is basically one of the most important tips to all beauty in general and not only does it improve your look but your health as well.  Anyways the other important step to having nice beautiful skin is what you apply to your face, And today I will be showing you a facial mask that I use very often.  This mask, reduces scars, helps with acne, fights aging, and gives a bright effect to your face. The ingredients you will need are:

 

. Half of a lemon

. 1 spoon of organic  turmeric  powder

. 1 spoon of organic honey

. Plain organic yogurt

 

Steps:

 

. Put as much yogurt as the amount of the mask you will need into a bowl.

. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

.Set this into the fridge for about 2 minutes and apply to your skin.

.Wait for about 15 minutes and wash your face with warm water.

Topic #1: Curly Hair

Curly hair is a totally different structure than straight hair.  Sometimes it is very hard to treat  and today I am here to give you some tips.

First things first for curly hair, you should never brush it when it is dry.

Second, if you have curly hair it is important that you dry your hair not with a regular towel , but a micro- fiber towel.  The reason behind this is that when you use a regular towel to dry curly hair or any type of hair, it creates frizz to your hair.

Another tip on curly hair is instead of using a paddle brush it is recommended to use a comb. Brushing with a comb opens up and detangles your curls.  Also, when you use a paddle brush it has more force and pulls more of your hair out , and I’m pretty sure none of us would like that.
